Care information

All our fabrics have undergone a first wash before being processed.
Use a mild detergent and rinse well in cool water. Both water that is too hot and water that is too cold are likely to cause shrinkage, so use lukewarm water. There is no need for fabric softener as linen gets softer and fluffier with each wash.

Timings

Each Penelope product is packaged at the time of order. To get them you will have to have a little patience, because they will be created by hand, especially for you, but certainly within 10 working days.

Shipping and returns

Delivery usually takes place within 2 - 5 working days in Italy and 10 working days in the EU.
The cost of shipping is €10.00 in Italy and €15.00 in the EU.

For those who wish, during the purchase phase it is possible to choose the collection in the laboratory.
We will send you an email when the product is ready for collection.

From the moment the order is delivered, you have 14 days to try the products. Be careful not to remove tags, any accessories or labels: we do not accept returns of products that do not have them.
